Shipping and Delivery

Australia Shipping

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

All our partners use reliable track-able and traceable shipping methods with signature on delivery. Upon placing your order you will receive an updated tracking number and shipment details from the relevant warehouse that you have placed your order with. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for items coming from different warehouses in the same order.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays unless otherwise stated. We will try our best to offer the best possible Shipping Carrier where possible and can include Australia Post, Couriers Please, TOLL Express or DHL. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 11:00 am (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders you place with Febest.com.au late on Friday or on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand as well as all around the world. Once you have added all the items to your cart click "CHECKOUT". You will be able to estimate the shipping costs once you enter your shipping destination country. If your country is not listed in the available shipping countries please contact us to discuss your options. Approximate NZ costs will be $15 - $20 for an average sized order. Any additional import taxes and customs duties are the customers responsibility.

We will contact you when online orders are ready for pickup (Normally same day or next business day)

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is processed by paypal and we do not store any financial information on our website for your security. We have the right to change pricing at any time and promotions can be introduced and removed at any time.

Simply use your login information and login to your account at the top of the screen.

Updating Account Information

Login to your account at the top of the screen using the details you provided when placing your order. Click edit on your details tab and update any incorrect information.

 

Returns and Replacements

Please Contact Us within 30 days of the order. Please contact us with the reason for the return and we will guide you through the process regarding the relevant refunds, replacements or exchanges. Shipping costs for refunds or replacements are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds/credits are provided for the order less the original shipping costs. Special cases where we have specifically recommended a part after receiving your full vin / model/ month / year/ transmission / engine size/ engine type will be treated on a case by case basis.

Parts returned as well as the box/packaging must be CLEAN, complete and in re-sellable condition. If the parts are returned in dirty condition including; greasy handprints, missing components, torn boxes, stickers or post labels on parts boxes, or generally poorly packaged returns can result in a denied / rejected return request.

Returning Products

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Original order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the the packing slip with your item(s).

Please allow 10 to 14 days to process your return from date of delivery to our warehouse.

Return Requirements

Parts returned as well as the box/packaging must be CLEAN, complete and in re-sellable condition. If the parts are returned in dirty condition including; greasy handprints, missing components, torn boxes, stickers or post labels on parts boxes, or generally poorly packaged returns can result in a denied / rejected return request.

Warranty

1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice, and proof of professional installation by qualified mechanic.

2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization, disregard of the instructions, or ignoring OEM Cross-references. Warranty does not cover Off Road, Racing, Commercial or Taxi use of vehicles.

3. We will happily offer replacement items (not refunds) if:

  • Item is dead on arrival or damaged
  • There is a manufacturing fault with the item
  • The wrong item was sent to you

4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, the item will need to be returned in brand new condition. If repacking is required or packing damage has occurred we may charge a repackaging/restocking fee or reject it decided on a case by case basis. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Warranty does not cover any related installation, re-installation or damages and cost involved.

6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Febest Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Febest Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.

7. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
